For 4/4 violins, you can select from light, medium, and heavy gauges. For 3/4 and fractional violins, the string is available in medium gauge. Both loop and ball end options are available (except for 3/4 size, which is ball end only). The string is made from steel, aluminum, or gold-plated materials, with gold-plated available only for 4/4 violins.
